I've dedicated this website to my faith, Shinbutsu Shuugou, and my Kamisama, Matarajin-sama. On this website you can find information about him, resources about Shinbutsu Shuugou, Shinto and Buddhism, as well as Sutra studies and some important beats of my journey.

I don't plan on going overly personal, but I would like to share my experiences and what I've learnt, hoping it could help people or at the very least I hope someone would find them interesting.

Following the way of Kami and Buddha since August 2020.

Slightly reorganized the main page. The "about" section still leaves a bit to be desired, but this page will recieve little updates from now on.

Added an "about" section to the front page and deleted the about option from the sidebar and changed the welcome page's layout. Also made a place for blinkies and the first panel's links are clickable now.

I ditched the template and this website is now 100% original code made by me :)

This site is managed by Sam (it/its).

I'm a queer self-taught digital artist and graphic designer, who's really passionate about Japanese mythology and my faith. Currently I lack the space to have a place for proper prayers and offerings and felt that I wanted to do more, which is why this site was created.

One of my greatest hyperfixations are the game series "Touhou Project", which actually introduced me to Shinto and Buddhism. I'm not going to talk about it much on this site as I want it to be a solemn place to express my adoration, but regardless these games are still an important cornerstone in how far I've come since I reached out to Kamisama.

The contents of this website mirror the way I practice Shinbutsu Shuugou. Whenever I state something about Shinto or Buddhism, I'll do my best to provide sources to my claims, and make it clear if what I wrote reflects my interpretation (for example my understanding of Buddhism is very connected to Shinto aminism). If you have any questions, please feel free to message me on [e-mail address].

You can reach me on other social media by the name "roaringwish" or "spectatorsatori".
